  • If you are a candidate for a job offer: We collect civil status information (name, first name, address, telephone number, email address) and information concerning professional life (CV, diplomas, certifications and distinctions). The legal basis is based on the legitimate interest in studying your application. The recipients of the data are the HR department and the general management of the company. The data collected by SEC-IT SOLUTIONS during your application are necessary for the completion of the recruitment process. Failure to provide this data may result in the inability to analyze your application. Your personal data will be kept for a period of 24 months from receipt of your application.
  • If you use the contact form: We collect civil status information (name, first name, address, telephone number, email address) and information concerning professional life (function, company). The legal basis is based on the legitimate interest in order to respond to your request. The recipients of the data are the sales department or possibly the HR department if the form is used to apply (in this case, see the section "If you are applying for a job offer"). The non-optional data collected by SEC-IT SOLUTIONS on this occasion are necessary to respond to your request. Your personal data will be kept for a period of 12 months from receipt of your request.

You have the right to request access to your personal data and the rectification of inaccurate data. You can request the erasure of data and restriction of processing, within the limits provided for by applicable law. You have the right to the portability of personal data that you have provided to SEC-IT SOLUTIONS, under the conditions provided for by applicable law.
